Pando Networks is looking for an experienced Business Development Director to analyze, negotiate and implement strategic relationships that accelerate revenue growth and the strategic value of Pando.
This person will help assess high-potential partners, build a strategic plan that prioritizes the opportunities, and manage the development/signing of commitments that make a clear contribution to revenue targets and are based on the Pando’s products and services. The candidate should be familiar with various online business models.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to influence top line revenue across all aspects of Pando’s current business lines and possible extensions
- Develop financially sound new business models and partnerships to meet aggressive revenue targets
- Identify attractive prospective alliance partners, develop a value story to tell them, present, negotiate and close deals with them, and nurture the ongoing relationships to maximize mutual success
- Work collaboratively with other people on the sales, product management and engineering teams
- Keep abreast of industry business and technology changes that could present opportunity for the company
- Manage a pipeline of relationships and provide regular updates to the executive team on the progress and expected impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
Required Skills:

- Strong background in sales process and a consistent track record of success achieving revenue targets is a requirement.

Pando Networks Sales Director
Pando Networks is looking for a Sales Director to join our exciting and growing team.
This position involves self-initiated and team-based sales lead development, email, IM, phone and in-person contact with prospects; contract negotiation and customer relationship responsibilities.
Some of the specific responsibilities are:
- Research leads and develop extensive lead pipeline
- Contact and engage leads by any means possible
- Develop and meet individual monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Attend weekly sales meetings and report sales progress and review sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with other people on the sales, product management and engineering teams
- Maintain contact with prospects after they become customers to expand business opportunities

C++ Developer
Pando Networks is looking for a talented C++ developer to join our dynamic, fun and competent team, who has in depth knowledge of the language, loves to code, works fast, is able to deliver results quickly and can turn ideas into high quality, maintainable code.
You will join our R&D team and will work closely with Product Management as well as QA.
You must be an expert in Windows programming in C++ and familiar with windows internals.
Candidates should have at least 4+ years of experience in C++ development for commercial products and a Bachelors or a Masters in a related field (CS/CE/EE).
Technical Skills:
- C/C++ generic programming, including STL
- Boost and OpenSSL . NSPR/NSS knowledge is a plus.
- Programming in a multi-threaded, distributed environment
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and network programming
- Excellent understanding of OS, kernel and CPU architectures, specifically Windows Internals
- GUI and event-driven programming: Win32, COM, ATL
- Cross-platform work (Windows, Mac & Linux) with emphasis on Windows.
- Working with and managing a large code base
- Server side Java and MySQL experience is a big plus
- Being an MMO game player is a plus!
