You can help us diagnose the issue you are experiencing with Pando Media Booster (PMB) by sending us some of your system logs:
Downloader log:
- Run the Downloader.
- Hit Ctrl-Alt-Shift-K
- You should now see a log file. Save the log file to your desktop.
PMB logs:
- Run the Downloader.
- To enable advanced logging Hit Ctrl-Alt-Shift-M. You should see the following prompt:

- Close the downloader and run it again.
- When the issue reappears, wait 5 minutes then hit Ctrl-Alt-Shift-N.
- You should now see a log file (Pando.log). Save the log file to your desktop.
- Run the Downloader one more time and hit Ctrl-Alt-Shift-M to disable logging.
- You should see the following prompt with confirmation that advanced logging is disabled:

Email downloader@pando.com detailing the error message you saw and attach the log files to your email.
This information will help us determine what may be causing issues on your machine. Your help in troubleshooting is much appreciated.
