Please follow the instructions below to make sure Pando Media Booster is uninstalled correctly before attempting to install again:

  1. Click the Start button select Run and type regedit. Hit Enter.

  2. Browse to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Pando Networks\PMB

    3. Figure 1

  3. Right click PMB and select Delete.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Pando Networks\PMB

  5. Close the regedit window.
  6. Try to reinstall Pando Media Booster: Run the downloader again OR download the PMB installer here.
